By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, accessing a casino game or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum legal age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to register an account and use the Platform. If the minimum age in your jurisdiction is higher than 18, the higher age applies. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement. ev777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Platform does not operate under a Pakistani gambling licence and does not represent that its services are legal in Pakistan. Users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own risk and bear sole responsibility for complying with all applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform at any time. If ev777 determines that a user holds multiple accounts — whether in their own name or through another person — ev777 may immediately close all such accounts, void all pending wagers and forfeit all balances held in those accounts, including both real-money and bonus funds.
The following persons are not permitted to register or use the Platform:
To access the Platform's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information. You must promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current. ev777 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
ev777 operates Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering procedures in accordance with applicable requirements. You may be required to provide the following before making withdrawals, during large deposits or at any time ev777 deems appropriate:
Documents must be submitted only through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. Never send identity documents through unsecured messaging applications. Do not submit altered, obscured or falsified documents — doing so constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify ev777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. ev777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
The Platform may be used solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could harm ev777, other users or third parties.
ev777 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available continuously; however, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, network outages or circumstances beyond ev777's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. ev777 accepts no liability for losses attributable to Platform unavailability.
Casino games and certain betting products are provided by third-party software suppliers. ev777 does not independently certify the fairness or return-to-player percentages of third-party games. Any RTP figures displayed on the Platform are illustrative examples only unless derived directly from a certified third-party audit certificate accompanying a specific game.
Deposits must be made using payment methods currently listed in the Platform's live cashier. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as stated in the cashier at the time of the transaction. Payment method references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are familiar contextual references for Pakistani users — ev777 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method, nor does it claim that any payment provider endorses or supports gambling transactions. Account balances are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as a convenience for Pakistani users. Actual underlying currency settlement and any conversion rates applicable are governed by the Platform's cashier terms. Users are responsible for understanding any currency conversion implications.
ev777 reserves the right to reverse, void or withhold any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects involves fraud, money laundering, chargebacks or other prohibited activity. Affected funds may be held pending investigation, and ev777 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets and other incentives offered by ev777 are subject to specific terms set out in the relevant promotion notice. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply:
ev777 operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting through self-play, coordinated betting through multiple accounts, exploitation of technical errors or promotional loopholes. Where bonus abuse is identified, ev777 may void all bonus-derived winnings, close affected accounts and forfeit balances.
Participation in any promotion is at ev777's invitation and at the Platform's sole discretion. No user has an automatic entitlement to any bonus, promotion or reward. ev777 may decline to offer or withdraw a promotion from any user without providing a reason.
ev777 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where: the wager exceeds applicable stake limits; a technical error has affected the displayed odds; the event has already started at the time of placement (for pre-match markets); or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to a wager are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted and shown in the bet confirmation receipt. ev777 does not guarantee that odds or markets will remain available for any particular event or time period.
Wagers will be settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, the UFC for mixed martial arts). In cases of dispute regarding the official result, ev777's settlement decision — made following reasonable investigation — shall be final.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation; proven palpable odds errors; settlement on the basis of an incorrect or subsequently revised official result; or where the event did not take place within a reasonable timeframe as determined by ev777.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by ev777's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
ev777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
You may close your account at any time by contacting ev777 support. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding real-money balance (net of pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you through your verified payment method, subject to KYC requirements being met. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable upon account closure unless specifically stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
An account that has had no real-money transaction (deposit, withdrawal, or wager) for a continuous period as specified in ev777's dormant account policy may be classified as dormant. ev777 may apply a monthly inactivity fee in accordance with its published dormant account policy. Users will be notified in advance of any such deduction.
ev777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ev777 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 13.2.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gambling licence, as specified separately in the operator's licensing disclosures.
